24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy


At Conscious Connect World, we value your commitment to wellness and understand that sometimes life’s demands can alter plans. To ensure a smooth experience for all, we’ve outlined our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

  1. Cancellation with Full Refund: You may cancel your appointment for a refund if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations must be made through our booking platform to qualify for a refund.
  2. Rescheduling Flexibility: You may reschedule your appointment any time 24 hours before the scheduled start of your appointment through our platform. This option allows you to adjust your appointment without incurring additional fees or penalties.
  3. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or no-shows are non-refundable. In these cases, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit as a courtesy to our practitioners and clients who rely on availability.
  4. For Workshops, Retreats, Events and Travels the cancellation time can be different than 24-hours and partly refunds can occur. For each of these events, please check the proper cancellation policy on every event booking page. In case no proper cancellation policy is mentioned our above explained 24-hours policy applies.
