General Tax and VAT Responsibility and Obligations
- Professional subscribers (providers) are fully responsible for managing and paying any Taxes or VAT related to their provided services and sessions, booked by members (clients) through the platform. All applicable taxes must be included in the flat price displayed on their Pro Page and service or session announcements. CCW will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes on top of the amounts shown for the services, as these responsibilities lie solely with the provider, and taxable services are different from country to country. Please search advice with a tax referent in your country to see if the by you provided service is submitted to any taxes, and calculate these taxes in your announced service price.
11. VAT on Subscriptions
EU-Specific VAT Requirements:
For
subscribers based in the European Union, VAT will be added to their subscription in accordance with the VAT legislation of their respective countries. Subscribers or companies with a
valid VAT registration number will be exempt from VAT, provided they submit their VAT number through the platform for verification when subscribing. ( the VAT number can also be added at a later moment to your billing info)
12. Force Majeure – Provider Incapacity to Deliver Services
In the event that a provider is unable to deliver their service due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, illness, accidents, government actions, or other unforeseen events), the provider is responsible for promptly contacting the member/client directly. The provider must propose an alternative solution, which may include rescheduling the appointment to a mutually agreeable date or offering a full reimbursement of the booking payment.
Providers are expected to handle such situations in a professional and timely manner to ensure minimal inconvenience for the member/client.
13. Termination of Subscription for Subscribing Providers
Subscribing Providers may cancel their subscription at any time by managing their subscription settings on the Conscious Connect World® platform. Upon cancellation, access to provider-specific tools and features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, your account data and profile pages will be retained for 30 days. During this period, you can re-subscribe by settling any outstanding payments, and your subscription will be reinstated within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
In the case of failed automatic subscription payments, Providers will receive an immediate notification. Your subscription will remain inactive until the payment is completed within the 30-day grace period. If no payment is made, your subscription will be cancelled, and your profile page will be removed from the platform. Conscious Connect World reserves the right to retain basic records for legal, security, or compliance purposes.
We encourage Providers to contact support if they need assistance during this process.
14. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data.
15. Arbitration
As mentioned above in the introduction, CCW may require arbitration to resolve disputes between members and providers, or between providers and the platform. This process provides a fair mechanism to address conflicts and protects the interests of all parties involved.
